Financial Strategist & Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a senior role that requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and at least 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in real estate or PropTech.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments. They will also be able to lead and mentor a finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise our leadership team on strategic financial matters, providing actionable insights to drive key business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's financial well-being.
  • Support both internal and statutory audits, guaranteeing timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Analyze and review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, ensuring financial precision.
  • Optimize tax strategies while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to minimize financial risks.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
