Financial Services Expertise

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP finance professional to lead core financial workstreams, ensure best-practice design, and manage senior-level stakeholder expectations.

This is a high-visibility project where the SAP finance expert will be embedded onsite with the client. The role will involve close collaboration with CFOs and CxOs, ensuring seamless SAP FI operations and integration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FI (Finance) workstreams covering AP, AR, GL, payments, and bank integrations, with specific expertise in real estate finance operations.
  • Oversee SAP-SFDC FI integrations to ensure accurate reporting and seamless data flows across functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CFOs, CxOs), presenting complex finance/technology topics in a clear, actionable way.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project, procurement, and sales teams to align finance processes with business needs.
  • Drive end-to-end project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and guide client-side teams, ensuring capability building and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of overall SAP finance experience, with at least 10+ years in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record as a subject-matter expert (SME) in SAP FI across AP, AR, GL, payments, and bank interfaces.
  • Experience managing SAP-SFDC FI integrations and working across multi-system environments.
  • Strong project management expertise - planning, governance, risk/issue management, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage CFOs and senior executives.
  • CA or MBA qualification preferred.
