Corporate Finance Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Valuation Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting comprehensive financial analysis and valuations across various asset classes and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform company and asset valuations using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
  • Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
  • Support audit and tax-related valuations and assist with fair value measurements under IFRS/GAAP.
  • Maintain and update valuation models and databases.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business with 6-8 years of related work experience.
  • Direct experience in utilizing Valuation techniques and methodologies such as Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Income Approach, market comparable, etc. in a business valuation firm or practice or in venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, national valuation firm, or experience working in a corporate finance role for an organization, preferably for M&A activities.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases.
