Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Modelling expert who can help clients understand the value of their assets, securities, and intellectual property.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides informed steps on strategically managing capital and transactions.

This role offers a broad scope of engagements, mentoring, and learning & development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Steering engagement teams and executing Business Modelling services that support key decision-makers in developing and implementing their transaction, financing, or operational conclusions.
  • Understanding client requirements and building financial models that support clients with various aspects of corporate finance conclusion-making processes.
  • Modelling transactions (mergers and acquisitions), financial feasibility of projects, corporate and debt restructuring, valuation, and corporate strategy.
  • Identifying issues and proposing strategies related to procedures executed.
  • Continuously learning and teaching, mentoring others while developing your own career.
  • Taking ownership of your projects while working collaboratively with other team members.

Achieving success in this role requires:

  • Experience in reviewing and building complex financial models based on MS Excel/VBA.
  • A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business with 5 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Financial Modelling and Valuation or experience in a Corporate Finance role in an organization.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in any of the following sectors: Industrials and Automotive, Consumer Products and Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Private Equity, Wealth and Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets.
  • Excellent thoughtfulness, project-management, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
