Job Opportunity: Senior Support Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and central functions across the organization.

  • Support Services: Provide day-to-day assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordinating travel and accommodations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage end-to-end scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, restaurants and handling related arrangements.
  • Internal Communications & Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and execution.
  • Office Administration: Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies, coordinating facilities requests and supporting ad-hoc office-related tasks.
  • Operational Support: Support operational processes such as timesheet tracking, data collation, internal reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Project & Process Coordination: Track progress of internal initiatives, manage action points and coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives or teams in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong academic credentials from a recognised institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
  • Highly organised, reliable and efficient, with a track record of managing multiple tasks independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Professional demeanour, strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and collaborating across international teams.
