We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in corporate valuation to join our team.

About the Role:

• A valued member of our team will possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Land & Building and Plant & Machinery asset valuations is essential.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail are also crucial.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate valuation setting is required.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate tangible assets to provide accurate valuations.
• Develop and implement effective valuation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate valuation.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail.
