Gold Loan Business Development Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth in the gold loan business through diverse channels.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by acquiring new customers and expanding existing liabilities.
- Promote existing liability customers for gold loans, aiming for consistent month-on-month growth in end-of-period assets.
- Coordinate timely with valuers, ensuring customers pay valuation charges according to product norms.
- Maintain healthy collections with zero first equated monthly instalment and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
- Comply with PSL norms, assist the branch liability team during audits, and communicate effectively with customers prior to any packet opening.
- Conduct local market campaigns to attract new-to-bank gold loan customers and travel extensively within the region on short notice.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate a personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results under tight deadlines.
