The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis and valuations across various asset classes and industries.

You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely valuation reports that drive key business and investment decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform company and asset valuations using methods such as DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
  • Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
  • Support audit and tax-related valuations and assist with fair value measurements under IFRS/GAAP.
  • Maintain and update valuation models and databases.
  • Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Excellent thoughtfulness, project management, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
  • Experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance.
  • Experience in financial modelling, including building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases.

This role offers exposure to engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financial reporting tax and regulatory compliance restructuring and reorganization and corporate strategy.
