This role involves supporting a team of experienced consultants in the field of financial and strategic consulting.

  • Prepare management reports for clients
  • Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements
  • Compute income tax liability and prepare and file income tax returns
  • Compute TDS liability and prepare and file TDS returns
  • Register clients for GST and compute liability and file GST returns
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct research for mergers and acquisitions projects and fund-raise initiatives
  2. Assist in preparing financial models, investment teasers, and memorandums
  3. Prepare secretarial records and assist in company registration filings
  4. Advise on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and Goods and Services Tax
