Financial Analyst Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, with direct participation and responsibility as part of the project teams.

The role involves supporting the origination of investment opportunities, corporate finance and fund placement mandates. You will be assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, analyzing markets and assessing selected sectors and companies, building financial models, performing valuation analyses, and identifying potential investors and buyers.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, with particular emphasis on written material. They will also possess analytical skills, combining both quantitative and qualitative abilities. Proven experience in creating company profiles, trading and transaction comparable valuation analyses is essential.

A strong academic background from a top-tier university is required, along with a solid mathematical foundation and practical knowledge of corporate finance valuation techniques. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, investment management or transaction-focused accounting is necessary.

The position includes regular team training sessions, focusing on personal and team development. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines, working effectively within a team environment and possessing advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the origination of investment opportunities, corporate finance and fund placement mandates
