Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, corporate finance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage tax compliance, GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Implement and maintain robust accounting systems, policies, and internal controls.
  • Support strategic financial planning and decision-making for management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of corporate accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
