Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist for B2B Expansion

At Mtalkz, a leading CPaaS player, we seek a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to drive organic initiatives across content marketing and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities include executing and managing digital growth strategies tailored to long sales cycles and decision-makers. Implement account-based marketing targeting industries including fintech, BFSI, SaaS, eCommerce, and telecom. Utilize CRM tools like Freshworks and Google Analytics to track conversions, user behavior, and traffic sources.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in improving organic traffic and generating quality leads.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and digital sales funnels.
  • 36 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing roles (preferably in SaaS or CPaaS).
  • Comfortable using analytics, CMS, CRM, and content tools.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategic plans to improve brand visibility and web traffic.
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to enhance LinkedIn presence, share thought leadership content, and engage with relevant communities.
