Director of Customer Success

Our SaaS Product, TravelPlus, has gained significant traction among 2000+ leading corporates in India, with a presence across Metros. We are backed by marquee investors, including Accel Partners and Goldman Sachs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B key account management, customer success, and business development. They will lead the customer success team, developing strategies for scalability and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding value to customer relationships and driving desired customer goals
- Creating an optimized & data-led model of the customer journey
- Determining metrics, health scores, and KPIs relevant to each account
- Increasing product adoption, customer loyalty and retention, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to create upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Drafting, approving, and implementing compensation plans for the CS team
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in B2B key account management, customer success, or business development
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Deep understanding of software businesses, subscription, and renewal models
- Expert communication skills and ability to hold C-level customer conversations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or related graduate degree preferred
Estimated Salary: ₹35-50 lakhs per annum (based on location and industry standards)
