Regional Customer Service Director

At ACME - MEP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Customer Service Director to oversee the customer service operations within our designated zone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction by managing service delivery, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and take on a leadership role in customer service management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service Management: Lead and supervise the customer service team within your designated zone, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
- Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex service issues related to HVAC projects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to customers.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer service team & coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Contract Management and Compliance: Collaborate with the sales and contracts teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and service deliverables outlined in contractual agreements.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses a deep understanding of customer service management principles and practices. A strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will have the ability to motivate and inspire a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional results. With a solid background in the HVAC industry, you will have experience working with service technicians, engineers, and third-party vendors to deliver services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
