Customer Service Director

We are seeking a Customer Service Director to join our team at MO Alternates in Mumbai. This senior-level position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring timely issue resolution and driving continuous improvements in customer service processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and complex service issues in a professional manner, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.
The salary for this position is ₹50 lakhs per annum, considering experience and qualifications.
