  • Oversee functioning of dietetics and F&B to ensure quality food service
  • Coordinate with outsourced shops and Cafeteria for their requirements and issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control measures, and biomedical waste management protocols
  • Develop performance indicators for team members and monitor their performance
  • Regularly review individual and team performance against objectives and provide feedback
  • Review results of audit and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by developing a cordial work environment and maintaining timely delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital operations
  • Any graduate with a PG degree in hospital administration
  • Excellent PR, result orientation, punctuality, and responsibility
