Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and direct the delivery of services across various departments in the hospital.
  • To develop and implement policies, protocols, and SOPs specific to each department.
  • To determine and recommend budgets for each department.
  • To ensure compliance with government regulations and registrations.
  • To optimize resource utilization and cost control without compromising quality.
  • To determine manpower, material, and infrastructure requirements for each department.
  • To ensure all equipment is fully functional at all times.
  • To assess additional staff, equipment, and services needed based on workload and business projections.
  • To manage vendors for outsourced services, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • To monitor performance and service delivery by outside suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital administration.
  • Formal qualifications: Any Graduate or PG Degree in Hospital Administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Punctual and responsible.
