Job Description

Purpose and Scope:

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth in specific industry verticals/territories through strategic business development activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing sales plans for assigned verticals/territories, identifying potential clients, customer requirements, and market trends.
  2. Monitoring and managing sales targets at the territory/vertical level, highlighting deviations and initiating corrective action as required.
  3. Ensuring adherence to sales performance goals at the territory level and identifying potential business opportunities from multiple channels.
  4. Negotiating and finalizing terms with clients, obtaining approval from senior management.
  5. Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to facilitate a deep understanding of their needs and direct swift resolution of any customer queries.
  6. Identifying opportunities for integrated solutions and ensuring specifications are documented and forwarded to the concerned department.
  7. Liaising with operational teams to ensure execution of orders within predefined timelines and criteria.
  8. Ensuring timely dispatch of goods to clients' sites as per delivery schedules and collections from clients as per contractual agreements.
  9. Enhancing response quality and minimizing response time to customer queries, providing the support required by customers.
