Senior Sales Strategist Opportunity

Perimattic seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead global business expansion and enhance sales performance.

As a senior advisor, you will design and execute a sales strategy that accelerates deal closures by analyzing the current sales process, identifying bottlenecks delaying closures, developing and implementing strategies to reach CXO-level decision makers, designing qualification frameworks for consistent pipeline management, structuring and packaging service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals, training internal sales & account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up, supporting international expansion with tailored messaging, building case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks, advising on CRM discipline and automation of follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the sales cycle and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-value clients.
  • Design and implement sales qualification processes.
  • Structure and package service offerings to meet client needs.
  • Train sales teams to effectively communicate value proposition.
  • Support international expansion through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analysis for executives.
  • Implement CRM systems and automate sales follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales / consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services.
  • Experience selling in both Indian and international markets.
  • Excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives.

We are looking for someone who can shorten our average sales cycle, coach and upskill our existing sales team, and drive opportunities hands-on.
