
Strategic Business Expansion Leader

The Business Growth Director will spearhead business expansion, admissions, and marketing strategies to maximize student enrollments and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver center-level admission targets for JEE & NEET divisions by leveraging expertise in BTL/field marketing & lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost student enrollments through strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Drive revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and academic teams.
- Lead Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and ensure accountability among team members.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and high performance within the organization.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom industries.
- Expertise in BTL/field marketing & lead generation with excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities with a proven history of driving business growth.
