Job Title: Financial Strategic Leader

Role Overview

The Financial Strategic Leader plays a vital role in driving all financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic financial planning. This position is critical to supporting growth in the premium market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business decisions.
  • Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations to minimize risks.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to verify financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units to reduce expenses.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to support performance reviews and improve financial performance.
  • Recommend and implement financial systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes to reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Skills

A CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA degree is preferred, along with 5-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.

Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, and Tally/SAP is essential.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
