Strategic Growth Operator

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to join our team as a Strategic Growth Operator. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, owning critical growth levers, and acting as a sparring partner to the founder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives:
  • Develop and execute new experiments, product launches, and market entry projects.
  • Owning Critical Growth Levers:
  • Lead Affiliate Marketplace expansion, PR/IR campaigns, and international SaaS growth initiatives.
  • Act as Strategic Sparring Partner:
  • Model financials, assess M&A opportunities, and pressure test decisions with the founder.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence:
  • Track OKRs, align cross-functional teams, and conduct process audits.
  • Represent the Founder:
  • Participate in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent on behalf of the founder.

This role requires working closely with founders across multiple companies, operating as a mini-founder, owning strategic projects end-to-end, driving execution across functions, and serving as an extension of the founder.

The successful candidate will have proximity to multiple high-growth companies scaling in India and globally, a founder-level exposure from fundraising to international strategy, and opportunity to incubate and eventually lead a vertical or spin-out.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Founder/Co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
  • Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills (finance, ops metrics, growth funnels).
  • Crisp communication (can draft investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks).
  • Ambitious, long-term thinker: sees this role as a launchpad into leadership.
