Global Head of HR

Beeontrade is scaling rapidly across the USA, India, Turkey, and Dubai. As we fuel this growth, we are hiring a strategic corporate leader to be based in our India HQ.

This is an executive role that requires building and scaling global human resources, people, and performance management systems, while setting up a strong foundation as our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions (India HQ, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Establish a corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
HR Function in India
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
