Job Opportunity:

A strategic leader is required to drive IT and digital transformation across multiple business units, ensuring multi-fold growth in India and beyond over the next three years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining a visionary roadmap, implementing cutting-edge architecture, and establishing a lean operations model. They will collaborate closely with business unit leaders to help transform Adept Global into an agile DevOps organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Position Adept Global as a thought leader in industry forums and create visibility through innovative initiatives.
  • Advise senior management on emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the company's goals and evolving needs.
  • Define futuristic IT architecture focused on delivering seamless omnichannel experiences across sales and service.
  • Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • More than 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies, handling end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
  • Experience in digital transformation for enterprises, particularly in the retail industry, spanning across business processes.
  • Omnichannel systems expertise for a new generation retailer.
  • Ability to define and manage a futuristic IT architecture, encompassing applications, data, and security.
  • Establishing an IT governance model across the organization.
  • DevOps transformation experience.
  • Strong front-line leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts, including industry trends and disruptors.
