Job Overview

This is a high-profile position that plays a pivotal role in supporting clients and partners with operational functions to drive continuous improvement agendas across various stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure alignment of quality initiatives with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Lean Digital Transformation roadmap that addresses business problems and opportunities in the finance and accounting domain through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions.
  • Lead digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Lead initiatives that provide exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement, achieve committed productivity, and reduce waste.
  • Champion standard Global Processes and operational excellence.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects for process improvement.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete CI Projects.
  • Engage lean six sigma practices and processes.
  • SUPPORT OPERATIONS TO MEET TRANSFORMATION OBJECTIVES AND DELIVER REQUIRED BUSINESS VALUE, PRODUCTIVITY.

Requirements

  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA program and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and led transformation across sub-processes.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Project Management skills and influencing skills.

Preferred Skills

  • F&A Domain – OTC
  • Client facing consulting experience.
