**Job Title:** Digital Transformation Leader for Financial Institutions

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our enterprise software support team, empowering financial institutions to become digital leaders.

The ideal candidate will have multiple project experience and software development expertise in banks, with over 10 years of experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading application support, managing services, and cloud support teams, providing guidance and support for effective project execution.

You will develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning services to meet expectations. This includes attending project meetings, building C-level relationships, and ensuring early identification and reporting of product defects.

The role requires defining and implementing service delivery strategies, ensuring efficient processes and timely project completion. Additionally, you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and seeking new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead application support, manage services, and cloud support teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ensure early identification and reporting of product defects.
  • Define and implement service delivery strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, well-versed in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environments.
  • Experience in L3 support for enterprise clients, such as banks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) would be advantageous.
