Lead Digital Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations that deliver cutting-edge solutions.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones through effective project management.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively to minimize delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture with emphasis on automation and continuous improvement.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies with expertise in architecture and deployment.
