
Director of Business Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the growth and expansion of our e-commerce business. As Director of Business Growth and Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, optimize ad spends, and build a robust growth engine.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands, preferably in ghee, oils, or natural/organic foods. They will be able to balance numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards while thinking like a marketer.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Marketplace Growth: Build and manage relationships with leading digital shelves to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Own Performance Marketing: Develop and execute ad strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace platforms to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Optimize Everything: Ensure our brand wins visibility and trust across product listings, conversion funnels, and more by optimizing our online presence.
- Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform growth plans and drive decision-making.
- Build Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers to drive revenue growth and expand our reach.
- Expand Horizons: Explore new platforms, partnerships, and opportunities to scale our business nationally and globally.
- 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of success in scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands.
- Ability to balance numbers and storytelling.
- Familiarity with CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Understand brand equity and consumer love.
- A front-row seat in building one of India's most promising premium FMCG D2C brands.
- Direct ownership of e-com and q-com growth; real accountability, real impact.
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership in a flat, agile structure.
