About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead strategic expansion, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across key services including KRA, CKYC, Aadhaar eKYC/e-sign, RTA, PMJJBY, and other digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement large-scale projects across regulatory & digital services.
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, CKYC, RTA, UIDAI, AML/PMLA, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Identify business growth opportunities, establish partnerships, and drive revenue.
  • Represent in industry forums, committees, and regulatory interactions.
  • Monitor KPIs on turnaround time, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile

A Master's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from a reputable institution is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in securities markets/financial services, strong leadership skills in regulated environments, excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
