Job Title: Strategic Partnership Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to drive our partner ecosystem development in the Indian Education sector, with a strong focus on the K-12 segment.

  • This role requires building, managing, and maintaining partnerships across ISVs, publishers, ICT providers, APS chains, NGOs, education labs, and hardware suppliers.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian education sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute a strategic partnership plan. They will be responsible for driving business growth through effective partnership management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market
  • Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business goals
  • Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for partner success
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums
  • Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech)
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
