Business Expansion Manager

Build a dynamic business expansion vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the business expansion function.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of various business models, including COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO.
  • Analyze competitor business models and franchisee policies.
  • Establish a strong network of franchisees, with experience of opening at least 100 stores.
  • SOURCE new franchises through direct visits, digital advertisements, and other channels.
  • Pursue property sourcing through brokers and market intermediaries, staying informed about current market rentals.
  • Lead and manage teams, having previously handled 1-2 team members.
  • Thoroughly understand Profit & Loss statements.
  • Create annual Business Development plans.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Southern Markets geography.
  • Ensure NSO (New Store Opening) profitability and compliance with BD business plans.
