Job Summary:
A proactive Account Manager is required to develop customer relationships, encourage subscription purchases and resolve outstanding issues. The role involves contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to resolve outstanding issues or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
- Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving ability.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Experience in Zendesk.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills. They must also be proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce and have experience in Zendesk.
