Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to lead the onboarding and technical enablement of enterprise customers across multiple cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers on multiple Cyber Security products, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Conduct kickoff sessions, product walkthroughs, and configuration workshops tailored to customer needs, providing expert guidance throughout the implementation phase.
  • Align solution deployment/configuration/optimisation with customer business goals, security policies, and compliance requirements, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Technical Expertise
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of agents, sensors, connectors, and APIs across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, ensuring secure integration with leading platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker, and CRI-o.
  • Provide expertise in asset discovery, patch deployment, vulnerability scanning, and policy configuration, educating customers on platform capabilities and best practices.
Customer Success & Adoption
  • Act as a key stakeholder in driving customer success and long-term retention, designing and managing onboarding plans, training sessions, and success criteria tracking.
  • Educate and guide customers on platform capabilities, security use cases, and best practices, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams including Product Management, Support, and Engineering to resolve implementation challenges and shape future enhancements, collecting feedback to inform product development and improve onboarding frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles and hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments. They should also be familiar with cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and threat detection tools.
