Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and implement robust, scalable solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce-based solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Develop technical specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
  • Lead architecture and technical design sessions, prepare solution architecture documents, and explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor developers and configuration specialists on Salesforce development best practices.
  • Define integration patterns and data flows between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools.
  • Oversee code quality, governance, and technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce platform limits, security best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and AppExchange products.
  • Maintain active Salesforce certification path and help mentor internal teams toward Salesforce Architect-level credentials.
  • Support live orgs with incident triaging, O&M planning, and rollout of post-deployment changes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and visibility rules, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator
  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
