Key Role: User Retention Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth by developing and executing strategies that prevent user churn and re-activate lapsed listeners.

We're seeking a skilled data-driven marketer who will be responsible for the pivotal moment a user decides to leave, understanding why users churn and developing proactive plans to save them or bring them back home.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, preferably in a B2C subscription or mobile app business. They will work closely with the data team to leverage predictive models and analysis to identify listeners showing signs of disengagement.

The specialist will champion qualitative insights by engaging directly with at-risk users through surveys and interviews to uncover root causes of dissatisfaction.

They will design and launch 'save' campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior to re-engage listeners before they cancel.

The role requires hands-on campaign execution, direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be analytically sharp, fluent in digging through data, with strong proficiency in SQL, and experience with product analytics tools.

They will also have an experimenter's mindset, designing and interpreting A/B tests to get clear, actionable answers.
