User Experience Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to lead the development of user-centred designs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user psychology and be able to create intuitive interfaces that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bidirectional communication with various departments (Business Development, Developers & Project Managers) to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyse competitors' strategies, market trends, and technical constraints to craft compelling user experiences.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise innovative ideas and validate them with users.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry benchmarks, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
  • Iterate over existing designs through UI/UX audits and testing to optimise the customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee effective design implementation.
  • Foster design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across products.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, back-end development principles, and search engine optimisation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to balance multiple projects.
  • Detailed analysis and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex design challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research methodologies.
