Job Description

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who can create intuitive, user-friendly designs that align with business requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to develop visually appealing designs that meet accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to refine designs.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.

User Interface Design:

  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
