Customer Retention Strategist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective customer retention strategies across various product categories.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaign calendars to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Design customer journeys that cater to diverse touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work synergistically with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to foster innovative solutions.
  • Create data-driven dashboards to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future strategy development.
  • Drive growth by leveraging analytical expertise in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and staying up-to-date on new feature rollouts.

For this role, we seek a highly skilled professional with:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • A deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles.
  • An analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools – Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
