Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Growth Strategist to drive user onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement for our innovative platform. This role combines product, marketing, and customer experience expertise to ensure users not only download the app but actively engage with it.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Onboarding & Adoption

  • Design smooth onboarding flows (in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, tooltips).
  • Work with the CX team to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
  • Track onboarding completion rates and reduce early-stage drop-offs.

2. Feature Communication & Education

  • Built structured release communication plans (in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, videos).
  • Translated complex product features into simple, user-friendly messaging.
  • Collaborated with the Marketing team on consistent user education campaigns.

3. User Engagement & Retention

  • Developed strategies to drive repeat usage (gamification, challenges, rewards).
  • Monitored DAU, MAU, churn, and feature adoption metrics, designing interventions to improve them.

4. Data & Experiments

  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to increase adoption and retention.
  • Used analytics tools to track user journeys and identify drop-off points.
  • Defined and reported growth KPIs to leadership.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Worked closely with stakeholders to prioritize features improving user experience.
  • Collaborated with Marketing for adoption campaigns and CX for user training.
  • Served as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Growth / Growth Marketing / Product Management.
  • Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS, or Growth Marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B2C, or community-driven platforms was a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results.
