Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through social media channels and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and campaigns, track and report performance metrics, and attend networking events to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or social media services).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
