Social Media Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement effective content strategies across various social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring key metrics to optimize performance.
Main Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive content plans tailored to each social media channel, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality, captivating content that resonates with our target audience, encompassing graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Analyze and interpret social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic, to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster meaningful online interactions through comments, messages, and direct responses.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure optimal results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an automotive or electronics industry.
- A proven track record of successful social media campaigns, accompanied by measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
