
Franchisee Partner Alliance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding partners, including franchisees, independent financial advisors, and remisers. They will also build rapport with these partners to facilitate the onboarding of their clients across various products.
Additionally, the candidate will conduct training sessions for partners on our range of products, including direct equity and investment products such as mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternate investment funds, insurance, bonds, and corporate fixed deposits.
The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery to partners while collaborating with distributors on joint calls to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile:To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the equity broking industry. Experience in B2B partner alliances is highly desirable.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new developments in the capital markets.
Achieving sales targets is essential for this position.
