Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Partner Franchisee Alliances team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Equity Relationship Managers (ERMs), as well as acquiring new franchisees, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and remisers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team management experience in the equity broking industry, with a strong focus on partner alliances and sales growth. They will be expected to build strong relationships with partners, conduct training sessions, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of KAMs and ERMs to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Acquire new franchisees, IFAs, and remisers through effective business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance their overall experience
  • Conduct regular training sessions to equip partners with the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet customer expectations
