Job Role: Cluster Manager, Partner Franchisee Alliances
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity Relationship Managers and Partners Alliances.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost productivity within the team.
- Recruit, onboard and train new franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors and remisers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including Assured Partners and Distributors General.
- Assist partners in onboarding clients across various products.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for partners on our range of products, including Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, Insurance, Bonds and Fixed Deposits.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
