**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our franchise alliance team. As a Strategic Franchise Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity Relationship Managers Partner Alliances.
You will train, motivate, and enhance productivity from the team. Additionally, you will acquire new franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), and Rimesier partners. Building strong relationships with these partners is crucial, as you will help them onboard their clients across various products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training and development of team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Motivating the team to achieve high levels of productivity and performance
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing partnerships
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new franchisees and partners
- Providing excellent service to our partners and ensuring their needs are met
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in team handling within the Broking Industry, specifically in B2B space of Partner Alliance (Franchisees, IFAs)
- Proven sales experience in selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn and stay updated on Capital Markets trends and developments
- A desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
