Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager – India/SEA

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic partnerships professional from a SaaS background to build and scale Netcore's partner ecosystem across India & SEA. This includes driving alliances with Hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, and large agencies — with a strong focus on joint GTM execution and multi-party collaboration.

Note: This role is not for marketing tie-ups, vendor management, or procurement partnerships. Only candidates from product-led SaaS companies will be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own the end-to-end Partner Ecosystem for India & SEA (Hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, agencies).
  • Negotiate and execute strategic partnership agreements aligned with Netcore's growth goals.
  • Co-create joint GTM strategies and solutioning with partners to drive adoption & customer success.
  • Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives (events, webinars, reports).
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to execute partner-driven growth.

What You Must Bring

4–8 years in Strategic Partnerships / Alliances roles in SaaS (mandatory).

Direct experience managing partnerships with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), GSIs, and ISVs.

Strong exposure to joint solutioning and multi-party GTM strategies.

Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and consultative selling skills.

Ability to align ecosystem partnerships with business outcomes.

We will not consider:

  • Marketing tie-ups, brand collaborations, or sponsorship partnerships.
  • Vendor management or channel sales without SaaS ecosystem exposure.
  • Candidates from IT services/consulting companies without SaaS alliances experience.
