Job Title: Partner Alliance Manager

This role focuses on fostering strong alliances with partners, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure seamless delivery of services to partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Remisers.
  • Build robust relationships with partners (APs & DGs) to onboard their clients across various products.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners on our product offerings, including Direct Equity, Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit).
  • Ensure exceptional service quality to partners and facilitate joint calls with distributors.
  • Organize seminars/webinars for partners within designated clusters.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in team handling, specifically in Partner Alliances (Franchisees, IFAs).
    • Proven track record of selling Equity broking products, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to learn and stay updated on Capital Markets.
    • Desirable to achieve sales targets.
