Job Title: Franchisee Alliances Manager
Job Description:As a Franchisee Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Equity Relationship Managers (ERMs) to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
You will train, motivate, and optimize the performance of your team to achieve their targets. Additionally, you will acquire new franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Rimesier partners to expand our network.
You will build strong relationships with these partners, helping them onboard their clients across various products. You will also conduct training sessions for all our products, including Direct Equity, Investment Products, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
Your goal is to provide exceptional services to our partners, ensuring they receive the best support possible. You will also assist distributors on joint calls and organize seminars/webinars for the partners in your cluster.
Candidate Profile:- Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in managing teams in the B2B space of Partner Alliance (Franchisees, IFAs)
- Experience in selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, etc., is necessary
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Able to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets
- Desired to achieve sales targets
