
Business Development Partner

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with franchisees and independent financial advisors. Your primary goal will be to onboard clients across various products, including equity and investment offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new franchisee partners and maintaining existing relationships.
- Conducting training sessions for partners on our product range, including mutual funds, portfolio management services, and insurance.
- Providing exceptional service to partners to ensure their success.
- Participating in joint calls with distributors to drive sales growth.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the broking industry.
- Proven track record of managing partner alliances (franchisees and IFAs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to market changes.
