About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
